Andrea was excellent. She was friendly and supportive every step of the way, I could not have asked for more and i could tell she genuinely cared about my progress.

The priory is a welcoming, calm and supportive environment. The staff are positive, friendly and very helpful with queries and concerns and appointments and anything else which may be an issue for a client or caregiver.

Priory's organisation seemed to be very good. The initial screening call seemed abrupt at the time and very clinical, but the staff member seemed knowledgeable and matched me with a great clinician. I had Kira as my clinician - from the very first session she created a very safe, welcoming space, explained very clearly the path forward we would take and maintained very clear communication throughout all my sessions. I had never tried or even heard of EMDR and she explained it in a way that was very easy to understand and also the reason behind each of the steps and actions. She was very kind, knowledgeable and I felt that the priority was my health above all.
