Priory's organisation seemed to be very good. The initial screening call seemed abrupt at the time and very clinical, but the staff member seemed knowledgeable and matched me with a great clinician.

I had Kira as my clinician - from the very first session she created a very safe, welcoming space, explained very clearly the path forward we would take and maintained very clear communication throughout all my sessions. I had never tried or even heard of EMDR and she explained it in a way that was very easy to understand and also the reason behind each of the steps and actions. She was very kind, knowledgeable and I felt that the priority was my health above all.

Enjoyable and friendly staff. Comfortable waiting area and seen promptly. Hot and cold drinks available and even offered.

Sometimes communication has been a little difficult waiting for email replies and for messages to be passed on. Other than that I have always found the experience to be fine. 

Ivo is so welcoming and friendly. I don’t feel nervous coming in and everyone is really nice.I’ve never had a bad experience here which is a new one! 10/10 experience
