Zinhle has been very kind,helpful and very understanding she made the my experience easy from my initial enquiry she was so easy to speak to and warm. On arrival on the day of my appointment the reception lady Teresa was warm,friendly and welcoming she offered me brilliant service and beverages while waiting and my consultation was very good the consultant Dr Parsonage was professional and experienced.

Asking for help is hard and staff should offer support or remind patients to ask
