Staff were lovely, approachable, helpful & kind. Food was really good but often a lack of clean cutlery, cups, plates, spoons, butter, hot chocolate & milk - outside of mealtimes. Breakfast (toast) most days there were no plates so had to use kitchen towels. Couldn’t get a bin in my room for 1st 5 days. I was told there were none, then someone found one. Same with Tv. Nice rooms. Couldn’t lock from the outside though as in other hospitals.

My experience here overall has been absolutely amazing, the food is fantastic, the therapists are all wonderful and from the perspective of where I was and the battle against addiction that I had and continue to have! The priory bristol have taught me new ways of thinking and an understanding of myself at levels I never new existed.

Felt supported whilst in priory. Would have nice to have someone to proactively check in on me at the end if a day on the ward in case was anything I needed to chat about as ut didnt feel easy to do thst myself
