Excellent

My experience of my consultant was very poor. His PA did not arrange the urgent diagnostic treatment I needed for well over a week, despite repeated chasers. At my follow up appointment it was clear that the consultant had not read my report before seeing me, nor my notes from the first appointment. Overall I was given the impression of being rushed in and out as quickly as possible.

I have visited before and this time, as previously, I cannot rate highly enough. There is nothing to dislike. Friendly, knowledgeable and efficient reception staff; brilliant consultant; spotlessly clean building; no wait time; all necessary information in order to take things forward.

The reception needs looking at and is not very user friendly.

Very helpful and flexible, was a slight issue with referral to the hospital and they were brilliant at sorting everything out and were very professional and friendly

I wish more hospital could be like this.
