Very friendly staff on arrival and was sen to my hospital bay, where I was greeted by welcoming and friendly staff, who continued to help with any request throughout my stay. Facilities are excellent, hygienic and professional

The nurses and the lady at the concierge were sweet and helpful But when we went to pay at the accounts department he had no change to give back not as small as three pounds so we MY husband had to buy a snack at the caffe inside. wish the man at the accounts counter had the change and my husband did not eat the pastry extra calories
