Right from the beginning the staff and the surgeon were really good. From consultation to final appointment they looked after me really well and explained all the information that I need to know brilliantly. The surgery was smooth and the end result was excellent. Very professional treatment. Staff and doctors were understanding and careful to explain every step of the procedure.

Wore glasses since before I could form memories. Now I don't, and my vision is 6/3 which is the maximum acuity possible. Loses one star (really, just half a star) as I had a few hiccoughs and there were some occasions where maybe I didn't feel quite listened to. But everything worked out in the end.
