Everything about my experience was very positive. Mr Short made me feel very comfortable and relaxed about the process so I was not nervous at all. All the staff during the procedure and check-ups were extremely professional and caring. Also the customer service from the receptionists and team who organised the bookings/finance etc was very good. Finally of course I am extremely satisfied with the results of the procedure.
