General atmosphere excellent, all very impressive!

The staff were very kind. I was having both of my eyes operated on and was extremely nervous, but they all put me at my ease.

I found Optegra was very high standards it was clean and the staff and doctors were very good and they were very helpful. And put me at ease.

During two recent cataract operations I found everyone involved from receptionist through to consultants, were only interested in my wellbeing and went out of their way to ensure that I knew what was going on, and that I was comfortable with the procedure.

I went to clinic bit late but I was welcomed warmly. Staff I met include reception and optometrist are lovely, friendly and knowledgeable. I was fully satisfied with services I received and can recommend if anyone ask me.

Had an amazing experience. When I first went in for an examination all the staff were friendly and answered any questions. I managed to get the surgery booked in within 2 weeks after deciding to go ahead due to a cancellation and on the day of my surgery all staff members where kind and reassuring making it a smooth and easy appointment. The aftercare was outstanding making sure if I had any issues I could call.
