My experience was amazing start to finish. All the staff were so friendly and made me immediately feel at ease

Good friendly service

I went to clinic bit late but I was welcomed warmly. Staff I met include reception and optometrist are lovely, friendly and knowledgeable. I was fully satisfied with services I received and can recommend if anyone ask me.

I went on an open day and was very impressed by every aspect of the hospital, very clean, staff very friendly and knowledgeable and it put my mind at rest at being in safe hands

Had an amazing experience. When I first went in for an examination all the staff were friendly and answered any questions. I managed to get the surgery booked in within 2 weeks after deciding to go ahead due to a cancellation and on the day of my surgery all staff members where kind and reassuring making it a smooth and easy appointment. The aftercare was outstanding making sure if I had any issues I could call.

Had Lasik. Still awaiting final results but suspect I will be having a "correction" in a couple of months. The process was smooth and easy but obviously as I don't have the desired result (yet) I can't rate the outcome very highly. I am hopeful of a good result next time! The actual surgery is nothing, the result seems to be a bit luck of the draw. For that reason I'm glad I didn't go abroad for a one stop shop.

Straightforward from the start, I was so anxious and never thought I could go through with eye surgery however the initial consultations were so thorough and my mind was put at ease. I met the surgeon before my surgery date and again just before my surgery and he couldn’t have been more reassuring to me. He and his team were reassuring throughout the procedure as I was so nervous, I really had nothing to be nervous about! I would do it again in a heartbeat and am so happy with the results.

There was no communication on the delay when waiting to be seen. We had to ask twice for an update and waited 45 mins to be seen at a 10:00 appointment
