The service was at all times exceptionally good, I felt in safe hands at all times

All the staff are extremely helpful and reassuring, which made me feel confident and relaxed. There was about a 20 minute wait as the surgeon had been delayed in surgery however I was kept informed and offered refreshments while I waited. The only negative thing, the YAG laser wasn’t working that day so I have to go back.

The treatment I received from Optigra has been excellent.The opticians, nurses and receptionists were all very professional and I felt confident In how they had attended to me.When I had my first appointment with Mr KolliI he assessed me and explained to me in every detail what my operation would entail, and what I should expect after the operations to both my eyes.It is now just over 2weeks since my first lens was put in and just over 1week since the second lens was put in.I am happy to say I am already seeing without my glasses and I understand It will become clearer over the coming weeks.I cannot thank Mr Kolli enough he is caring compassionate and a Gentleman.

My experience from start to finish was superb. The service is very professional and it was clear from my first consultation that everyone knows what they’re doing. This immediately gave me a sense of trust, and I made my mind up at that first consultation that Optegra was where my eye surgery would take place. Special thanks to surgeon Mr Mark Wevill who is excellent and clearly passionate about getting the best possible result for every client.

From the first visit, I found the clinic and staff to be very relaxed and professional. The free consultation included a comprehensive assessment of my optical needs. And I especially appreciated meeting my consultant at that initial stage. It gave me confidence. The operations were very efficient and calm, I felt relaxed and comfortable. The post-op support was excellent. The improvements in my vision have been absolutely fantastic. I cannot thank Mr Kolli and the team at Optegra enough. My only, very minor, criticism is that on the second day there was a 2 hour delay in the operation time. I appreciate that delays happen, but I would have been relaxed and comfortable with this if someone had told me rather than leaving me uncertain as to what was happening.

So pleased with my results from lens replacement, no more glasses for me, everyone was so friendly and no pressure at all.

Awful. Reception staff super rude and incompetent. Other than the surgery itself the experience has been shocking with errors such as incorrect number recorded for me resulting in no correspondence, no patient info provided, no meeting with the consultant - the list is endless

Terrible, made to wait 2 hours before being seen, patients with appointments after me were seen before me. Not informed of any delays, just left to keep checking with reception why I hadn’t been seen. No communication and no explanation for delays, shocking considering paying for a private treatment.
