Everyone at the Nuffield was so kind and caring and made my stay so comfortable. They were so professional and made sure that I was calm before my procedure. Nothing was too much for them

Efficient service with friendly staff. Unfortunately got the billing wrong which led to a difficult conversation (for them, not me) but worth every penny when let down so badly by the NHS.

I found the over all experience very good the only criticism there would be was that the nurse's were a little too curious about the procedure I was having done .
