Excellent and felt at ease with the Covid procedures in place

The hospital staff from conception of booking the consultation to completion of my daughters care was 5 star.

All staff were polite, efficient, extremely friendly and totally relaxed me before this intrusive procedure. They explained fully all aspects of the procedure as it progressed and I felt totally confident I was on ‘safe hands’ I am extremely grateful of the professionalism of all the Staff I dealt with both at the consultation and the procedure, thank you all😊
