Very friendly staff and the hospital is immaculate

Clean, efficient!

The staff are very welcoming and efficient. Lovely location, very clean and modern.

I drove in and found ample parking. I met someone just inside, followed Covid procedures and went to the appropriate centre. I met reception, was given medical forms to fill and sat in the waiting area. Good Morning Britain was playing in the background, which was likely the worst thing about the entire visit. I filled in the forms, read and signed where appropriate and handed them back. I was sent into Dr Patel's office after 10+/-5 minutes. After I concluded my appointment, I paid and left.
