In a word “ excellent “ ! I had “ frozen shoulder “ which had only been mildly alleviated by saline injection. A course of physio with Ana really made the difference - and has got me back to normal ! Each session produced an incremental improvement - which the exercise / stretch routine that Ana gave me to use between treatments allowed me to retain. I am really pleased with ( and grateful for ) the outcome.

Really very good. All 6 sessions started on time and were extremely helpful in my regaining full strength, dexterity and functionality. My physiotherapist, Ana, was excellent in providing manual therapy, setting exercises to do at home and giving me general advice such as on posture, sleeping position and movement.
