Very good GPs , they listen to you and staff very friendly

Outstanding level of customer service. Friendly receptionists who listen to what you need and had me booked in to see an MSK specialist within two weeks (would have been sooner but I had work commitments). I made the decision to pay for this treatment after weighing up the time it would take to speak to my GP and start the process. I’d had advice off my own physio so MUMS were happy with a self referral. Within 30 minutes I’d had the ultrasound and had been told what the issue was and how I needed to move forward. Knowing what the issue was meant I had a clear road to take with regards to what I did next. Knowing the issue means I’ve moved forward in my own treatment far quicker and, hopefully, I can resolve the issue far quicker as well.

Very efficient. Making the appointment was very easy and the lady I spoke to on the phone was very helpful. Very quick and the certificate was presented after a 15 min wait after the antigen test. Documents also emailed. Great service

Coming to the UK, I was skeptical how much care I may receive but at MUMS the staff have been extra compassionate; administration of duties is far above just medical care and so reassuring. I felt so safe and more than just a number, because I can imagine the volume of patients that come through. Truly the best care I have received by far. If you are in the West Midlands, MUMS is most recommended.

I felt I was left to my own devices after a quick explanation of how to position myself in the EMSELLA chair. I am a little worried I did not sit properly and so wasted the chance of improvement. I have 2 more sessions left.

I was disappointed by the amount of time which the GP took of the appointment, 20 mins of her typing very slowly, to record some of my medical history and summarising the details. This information could have been supplied pre-appointment. I had hoped the GP would give me some specific advice but it was very general with signposting to websites.
