Reception staff always friendly & put you at ease. Dentist always caring I feel safe as hygiene is always a top priority as is treatment provided.

The practice is highly professional - and it's even better since the implementation of the new system that sends out appointment confirmations and texts. Mr Shipway is always delightful and explains everything very well and makes me feel as if I am participating in the decisions about my treatment rather than just being told 'this is what we're going to do'. He has been my dentist for decades and I am very pleased with the standard of care that I receive.
