LOC great but the reception in Chelsea is useless

LOC is an excellent facility if you are unfortunate enough to need it. Both medical and administrative staff are absolutely professional, treat you with utmost respect and provide you with clear explanation.

I was greeted immediately by the receptionist and shown to a room very quickly. All staff I encountered were very kind and pleasant.
