Very happy with my experience and treatment

I have seen a tremendous improvement in my dental hygiene. Dr. Zahra, my dental hygienist has helped me a lot for this. I highly recommend her. Dr. Krishna also is a very good dentist. Overall the dental practice is wonderful and works hard to take care of the patients.

Reception girl is always friendly and helpful and more than willing to go that extra mile... ie chst, offer alternative appointments, help with Denplan detdiks change. Hygienist and dentist are friendly.

I have been in February for the first time and I think is the best service I ever received. Everybody was really helpful starting with Neelma Patel she is a great dentist, straight to the point and clear with what I needed to do, and caring at the same time. She helped me to have a quick resolution for an urgent dental problem involving Jatan Patel, who as well was great! Thank you to Rasiina too, she was great throughout the whole process and she called me personally after the surgery to check up on me.

I attended a hygienist appointment and as I have extremely sensitive teeth I asked for numbing injections. I was told I can only have one side numbed at a time, so it was suggested I split the appointment over 2 weeks. However I was not told I'd have to pay for 2 appointments!! I paid double the price, £130 to have what one appointment could've achieved. I feel totally ripped off and will not be going to Kingsend Dental again!!!
