Excellent medical and nursing care

First class surgical team and first class nursing and care team. Arrived at my allocated time but had to wait approximately 30mins as no room was ready for my arrival.

My surgery was completely in Ballykelly. Staff were fantastic and very attentive however the hospital was let down by the disorganisation of the tiny surgical room where the procedure was performed and the lack of car parking or areas for the accompanied driver to wait during my stay.

The staff went above and beyond to help our group who travelled up from Cork to get cataract surgeries. They were so very helpful and even were so kind as to help us sort food at the hospital after hours when our hotel had stopped serving. Such lovely staff made the long journey from Cork very easy and welcoming. Many thanks to all the staff especially Ann & Trish

The reception staff,xray staff and consultant couldn't have been more attentive to my mother's needs. On entry we were greeted into a friendly atmosphere. We were seen to straight away with no fuss and told to the point what the problem was and how it was to be rectified. Overall a pleasant experience. 😊
