Everything was great from start to finish and every member of staff were so friendly and helpful. When I say staff I mean everyone from doctors, nurses, tea ladies. I have no complaints

23 mins on hold on the phone-terrible service on 30/04/24. Received a letter from Kingsbridge dated 19/04/24 on 30/04/24... after my appointment!! And now told there is a wait for the consultant recommended MRI of weeks.
