I have suffered for years with back issues leading to spasm and pain and have been looked after by a chiropractor who never advised strengthening as a means of preventing relapses . The team at Isokinetic from Dr Stride to Vittoria and Alex were amazing . I was diagnosed with instability not helped by muscle wasting and have worked for 6 months on the strengthening. I now feel emboldened and have not had any recurrence since October 2021 . They are amazing . Thank you
