Saved me during acute sciatica and ever since! I was able to be assessed remotely by a doctor, coached on exercises by a physio and have follow ups all online, which was a real godsend as I couldn't travel down to London due to the pain. Eventually made it to London where I was seen in person by Dr. Stride, had osteo sessions with Jamie and continued physio with Alex, as well as trialled the Green Room where the body has a chance to show where it's at (hard work!). It's always been a very professional, knowledgeable and friendly experience no matter who looked after me. Everyone is very prepared, helpful, positive yet challenging enough to really get a sense of progress and healing from the very first session. I have yet to try the rehab pool but I'll try to hold off on any more injuries for a while ;) Thank you to everyone at Isokinetic and you are all highly recommended!!

A much better all rounded approach to rehab with gym, circuits and a pool. By having the physio monitor several patients at the same time - meant was much better value for money than one to one classes - but with no negative impact on my recovery. Would highly recommend.

Great facilities, Great team and great environment

I can not recommend Isokinetic London enough to anyone who is struggling with an injury, would like to get physio or simply want to further improve the existing sport skills to a higher level! Dr. Jesus Olmo, Ashley Wilson and Filippo Picinini (and of course Idris!!) have done an incredible job not just getting me back on track but sorting out some life-long bad habits. Their expertise and advices helped me to recover from multiple injuries, become better at my beloved sports and to prevent further injuries in the future. I am extremely satisfied with the clinical administrators ("reception team") as well! Alice, Elinsa, Giulia, Marina and Melinha have always been there when I needed advice or had to change my schedule. Perfect front face for the clinic! Thank you all!

Isokinetic in London is a great center for sports rehabilitation. Each patient is treated with the same care as a pro/semi-pro athlete, ensuring full recovery through the use of advanced data driven testing and treatment. The facilities are great (especially the green room) and all staff is very friendly!

Shaq and Phillipo are both superb. Overall an excellent experience.
