The receptionist (whose name I forget, but had red hair) was extremely friendly and offered me a tea or coffee as soon as she saw me. Dr Bhal was also very professional, friendly and informative. There was nothing I could fault about the practise or the people there.

Dr Baul gave a warm welcome. I found him easy to talk too, he was understanding and sensitive during examination. Following consultation with me Dr Baul fully explained next steps, sharing options. Good to hear a full report will be sent to me and GP. The only thing which I am wondering about is if Dr Baul read my pre consultation questionnaire I completed as I may have forgotten something I wanted to say during my consultation as I was so anxious.
