Hothfield Brain Injury Rehabilitation and Neurological Care Centre specialises in the care of adults (18+) with brain injuries or other neurological conditions. It is located within the 12-acre grounds of a manor house and has two inter-connecting buildings.

The centre specialises in the intensive rehabilitation for those in the early stages of recovery from a brain injury right the way through to residential care. Conditions managed at the centre include neurological difficulties arising from a wide range of conditions such as anoxic brain injury, brain tumour, epilepsy, Guillain-Barre Syndrome, multiple sclerosis, spinal injury subarachnoid haemorrhage, and traumatic brain injury. The team can also manage associated needs such as PEG feeds and skin integrity problems.

The multi-disciplinary team comprises qualified nurses, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, speech and language therapists, clinical psychologists, and rehabilitation assistants. The highly qualified team works together to ensure patients meet their personalised, clearly defined goals and improve their quality of life. In addition, patients also benefit from sessional visits from a rehabilitation consultant.
