Excellent oversll

Good treatment apart from male receptionist at Southwark reception at 6pm on Monday 11 April 2022 who was intentionally rude…didn’t greet, just barked “name” and repeated the same after I said hello expecting a greeting in reply.

Good. But only had one out of 6 treatments

Difficult to comment further as my wife died during her stay but overall the hospital tried very hard.

The staff are all highly competent, friendly and helpful. The environment is very relaxed. I have appreciated the level of attention I have received from my consultant.

Professional, compassionate and relatable staff. I felt safe and at ease as soon as I arrived. My care has been impeccable!

As a clinically vulnerable patient, I was concerned that people accompanying a patient in the waiting room were wearing their masks in their chins, & not covering nose & mouth & talking loudly. I felt the need to move away from them, & would have liked it if the staff had monitored this & asked them to adjust their masks. Otherwise, all was ok, pens were sanitised & hand sanitiser was abundant. Only one lift was in action, so I used the stairs to go downstairs rather than crowd a lift or wait for an empty one.

Just as bad as usual.
