Very friendly, attentive receptionist staff. Lovely nurse, competent, approachable, doctor.

Some of the friendliest people at all levels, and the procedure being so well explained helped in the lead-up. Very attentive and friendly post-operative care too.

Prompt service by Reception team, very little waiting time and great, indepth and reassuring consultation with consultant.

Only downside was the scanner / medical equipment in the room didn’t work.

We met mr andrade on Friday and he was a total gentleman, explained the surgery and answered all our questions.After reading about him we knew the correct decision was to travel to London have the consultation with a view to book the procedure.
