Such a good experience, was made to feel calm and relaxed the entire time and felt at ease during the whole process. Everyone was super friendly and welcoming and all around just a lovely experience

We have come to this hospital many times for a Consultation with Mr Noorani. The concierge Andrew is very delightful goes that extra mile To ensure I get a taxi every single time. This young man is an asset to the hospital.

Would be good to get some guidance on the journey from hospital to hotel (although not far, there wasn't any discussion at any point about this) What is the process if I needed help when in the hotel? Again no discussion on this Not a lot of discussion around medication when leaving the hospital All pre admission information felt slow and like it could/should have been shared with me further in advance (i.e. arranging care at home and a chaperone)

I was greeted with a smile by the receptionist in ground floor. Clear instructions given to put face mask on and temperature taken. I didn’t have to wait as I was kindly instructed to go to the 4th floor. I was 15 min late and extremely stressed that the doctor wouldn’t see me. The receptionist in 4th floor appeared too busy to smile but asked me to sit down. To my relief the dr came out and immediately greeted me with a smile reassuring me that its ok and she totally understood. I couldn’t be happier to attend this hospital. This is my second appointment here and always a pleasant one. The only improvement is for the appointment contact number to be available as it goes on answer machine adding to the stress especially when patient is running late.

From start to finish Harley street were amazing. The most friendly and caring people I’ve come across in a while. Nothing was too much and I felt completely looked after, thank you.

I came alone and was quite nervous on arrival, i'm not too keen on hospital stays and hadn’t had any major surgeries before; all staff were so welcoming and friendly, very informative, and available when I had any questions or needed help. Immediately from walking in to leaving I felt so cared for it was hardly like being in hospital at all. Staff had other post-op patients to attend to but I never once felt as if they were unavailable - I wasn’t rushed or left alone for lots of time, everybody made time to chat to me, introduce themselves, and reassure me before and afterwards. All of my requests were met with ease and any questions promptly answered. The atmosphere was very relaxed, if felt like a very professional team with lots of experience. Lee greeted me on the door and was so friendly and patient it really settled my nerves! Diana was looking after me pre/post op and was incredibly reassuring - she made me feel extremely comfortable and accommodated throughout, again keeping me very informed of each step. Roberto walked me through lots of my signing and theatre prep, he and Diana had great chat; I felt so excited for life post-op and went down into theatre really looking forward to my next steps. The anaesthetist and surgical team whose names I sadly didn’t catch made me feel so comfortable coming into theatre I was even smiling and laughing along with their jokes! It surprised me but I’m not sure I could have had a better experience. From all of the admin team pre-admission to the clinical team on the day all staff were so incredibly helpful. I honestly couldn’t be more grateful to the team for making such an important day so special, positive, and memorable. Thank you Harley Street and LTC for all your hard work!

overall coming to HSSH was a pleasant experience. There was an earlier gltich when the conebeam CT scan went down and I had already arrived at Charing X from Bexley which was annoying. But recompence was made and overall I was happy with the service . If I may give a further perspective from a patients view. I was called whilst on the train but the numbers showing where not known to me so I didnt pickup. In these days of scams you cannot be too careful. Then as my train was leaving Waterloo East a call which had the main HHSH number flashed up and I took the call immediately. It might be prudent that numbers are always identified for the patients.

I obviously already knew my consultant but EVERYBODY else I met was very kind, friendly and extremely professional. The atmosphere was great and I felt very comfortable . My only observation was that I found an old plaster on my pillow in the room I was first admitted to and my sheet had an old yellow stain on after my recovery period. I did point it out to the nurse thinking it was something I’d had done in theatre but it was obviously an old stain, just wasn’t very pleasant. She immediately said she was sorry and offered to change it but I was almost ready to go at that point so I declined the offer and she said she would report it to the relevant department. My overall experience was excellent but thought it important to mention those two things. It would not ever put me off using the facility again and appreciate everything that was done to make me feel comfortable, particular shout out to Ed, Sandy and the two guys on reception, and of course my fantastic surgeon Prof Griffin.

Helpful reception staff on the ground floor. Directed to first floor. Two reception staff members busy chatting away. Consultant was friendly, provided good sound advice after examination taking time to listen and helping understand that the course of treatment to heal will need time.
