Excellent experience

I was happy with the whole experience

All the staff was polite and the hospital was very clean

Today it was very efficient and everything went well.

Everyone was very nice, gentle and welcoming. Everything was cleaned and well maintained.

All staff we came across were fantastic with the kids and made it a relaxed experience (as much as they could in some quite distressing circumstances) . I would like to thank them from the bottom of my heart for their kindness and patience.

I have had two children as patients and the care has varied however I can say I believe the care in more recent times has been more positive. I do think the staffing team across the board has become more diverse which has been very positive and has changed the hospital's representation

Just an excellent all round service from the kind welcoming lady who checked us in to the audiologists who conducted the hearing test and then to Dr Hendricks who provided the advice. First class treatment.

All was great! The only minor thing is that we didn’t know where to go as there are several buildings and wings. Perhaps signage could be a bit better.
