Our time at GOSH was extremely stressful and at times I didn’t feel particularly supported by the nurses. Considering the situation with Covid I would have expected to have been separated from other patients however it was business as usual which was quite unnerving.

Dr Hendricks enabled GOSH to do an amazing job by positioning me (the mother) as the person who should lead the assessment in order to gain my sons acceptance of the activities...and GOSH listened.

As a parent my experience with Great Ormond St had been nothing but brilliant. The circumstances which I bring my child into the hospital is never nice (his condition) but the services, drs, secretaries, receptionists have always been so forward in understand and looking after us. At the sight and sound centre there are many interaction boards to help children with waiting times! It’s absolutely fantastic!

The international/private patients office were a little bit slow and the staff who do the weight/hight measurements were a bit disorganised.

Excellent - clean, well presented. Main reception need better training in how to direct clients here, however!
