Always incredibly friendly and helpful.

Excellent care, friendly staff, lovely clean facilities and didn’t feel too much like a hospital which made it a less stressful experience.

If you have to visit anywhere, this is the centre to visit!

Had to wait for a while but apart from that, staff were professional and friendly and good choice of consultant

My only criticism would be the time it took to get the letters after the consultation with Simon and the quality of the working. One letter needed rewriting. I was told it gets written by an external secretary service which wasn’t proof read before it got to me.

Brilliant , empathetic, intelligent, friendly, warm welcome every time visited all the reception areas ,extremely efficient , follow up & aftercare fantastic. Can not fault service given at all. Would highly recommend.

This is my first visit to Genesis Care and I would not have any hesitation in recommending it to others.

Everything was exceptional, the only negative comment would be the lobby music which was awful :):):):):)
