Dr Roxburgh has been exceptional in her care of Isaac she relates to him so well and won his trust from the onset. Highly recommend for any children need psychiatric care.

The whole process is easy from booking appointments, paying, logging onto the video call and the doctor's appointment itself. Dr Sadiq is very warm, walking with us, and the results of treatment and continuity of care has been life changing for both my son and me as a result.

Eleos is an excellent service. We have been accessing support for a while now and the team have been really responsive, and overall the experience has been easy and useful. We really appreciate the use of technology and the team approach, which has been refreshing. We contacted a few clinics before we attended Eleos and can now say that it has been the best decision because of the thorough way they approach mental health.

Dr Rania gave us her complete attention and was patient in answering all our questions. She was very empathetic while dealing with Vaanya and guiding us towards the next steps.

Overall, we felt that the Eleos experience has been positive, virtual meetings can be challenging with modern technology not always working as we hope but generally we were able to navigate these situations. The approach of the Eleos team in terms of support has been excellent which is the most important thing and we were reassured to hear that they will be available to support us as and when required as we navigate the uncertain future.

I can whole heartedly give 5 stars to Dr Sadiq and Eleos clinic. The support my son has received over the last 5 years has been exceptional. I don’t like to imagine where we would be today without it. Eleos clinic is helpful, efficient and professional.
