The actual assessment with Dr Amber Sadiq was really positive and we couldn't have hope for better. Here is the actual feedback I sent by mail last week to the Clinic: "I would like also to pass on our thanks on behalf of my daughter, my wife and I to Doctor Sadiq since we have really appreciated her welcome, warmth, empathy, and expertise during the assessment. We felt very much understood and valued (and haven’t felt like that for years !) and we are now reassured that with her support, we are on the right track to help our daughter to have a happy and rewarding life. We look forward for the debriefing session in few weeks’ times." The organisation, communication and logistics on the other hands was really unprofessional I must report. We were really messed about. The original meeting was planed for the 07th at 09h00 with Dr Walsh. We come from the midlands and therefore I had to book some hotel rooms and train tickets for the day before (non refundable due to high cost). I explained that even if my daughter is an adult, she is also autistic and do not read her mails very often. I asked for the the communication to be passed on to me. Nobody mentioned that she had to sing a disclaimer first. She received another invitation for the 06th instead but did not see it. A week before the assessment by chance we looked into it and realized the issue. I called the clinic and we managed to agree for the 06th at 14h25. Then another change came for the same day but at 13h30, which we agreed to. ON the 06th in the morning we were told that DrWalsh was not available or well and asked to reschedule the assessment or do it on line !. I refused and clearly expressed my frustrations. I was then told that Dr Walsh never works on Thursdays !. Luckily Dr Amber Sadiq agreed to come to the office to realize the assessment herself.

On time, professional and attentive staff. Pleasant experience and the family got a lot out of the visit.
