Felt welcome to made an appointment by email even I am NHS patient, service are effective and great. When I arrived there, receptionist are friendly, the dental assistant who wears purple uniform also nice. Didn't wait for long, probably 15 mins, but everything disillusioned afrer I met my detinist. Well I would say she may a professional but absolutely careless... examined my teeth roughly, the way she talked to me also impatient. I was already nervous about to see a dentist, after that, I don't think I will back for treatment. So scaring...

The Dentist and Hygeinist were really patient and understanding at both my appointments, I haven't been to the dentist in many years (since I was a little kid) so was quite nervous, but they were gentle and friendly with me.

Went to have my teeth cleaned. My second visit there. it seems well maintained and everyone is very friendly. Best of all it is covid safe, with masks and other safety measures in place.
