The first dental clinic where I have felt at ease and not judged. I was seen within weeks and appointment availability is absolutely perfect. Receptionist is always ready to help, and the waiting room isn’t daunting at all - a really warm environment

Always professional and helpful

Feels like they want to take as much money from you as possible. Always recommends expensive option and only give you alternatives if you ask. Then lots of hidden costs. Was recommended a treatment I didn’t need and the issue they came up with wasn’t an issue at all which was confirmed by another practitioner in the surgery. Shame as this was a good practice before

Very friendly and welcoming practice of dentists.

Everything was ace. The only minor gripe I have is that there is a slightly odd smell in the corridor, which I notice each time I enter the building.
