Good experience, had to wait approx half an hour due to running behind but apart from that everything was fine

Need to improve on keeping to appointment times. My appointment was 4.45pm but wasn’t called to see the dentist until 5.15pm! If I can make the effort to arrive on time for my appointment I don’t expect to wait for 30 minutes to be seen, very poor.
