I was "archived" from Bupa Dentists in Stafford with absolutely no warning after they cancelled an emergency appointment with me and generally had a terrible experience. I contacted Damira who got me registered and seen that same day, sorting out an issue that was causing me pain and were kind and extremely efficient throughout. I'm so glad I'm with them now and will be registering my children there too.
