Friendly kind helpful

One of the receptionists is always friendly, tge others less so. Unfortunately, when sent to waiting area upstairs, 4 of us waiting only 3 seats, so congested. Hygienist is excellent, treats me as an adult and not as a kid like some others have previously. Gives good practical advice

have just visited the hygienist and was a very pleasant young lady so much so i booked a check up again for April 23

My first visit in the Sunday 20 th November the woman dentist I saw I thought was quite rude to be honest … however on my last visit on the 1st December I saw another lady dentist she was lovely All reception staff were brilliant

Unfriendly staff, rude receptionist who looked so disinterested - had earphones in and took her time looking up at me taking an earphone out ‘6 months?’ Was all she then said.

I had an 8an appt being the first of the day as I had another appt at 9am - j was but checked in until 810am and wasn’t seen until 825am which was rather a wait when being the first patient of the day
