Can not fault my first visit at all Ruby and her Assistant were amazing , This was a really big thing for me after a previous bad experience at a Dentist in Guernsey. Never thought I’d say I’m actually looking forward to visiting the Hygienist tomorrow. But well done Damira I walked into a very clean and warm atmosphere and everyone on reception looked like they really enjoyed there job. My fear of Dentists have been restored . Thank you all 🥰

My son had the appointment and was sat in the chair for less than a minute, I mentioned that I was told he might need braces the dentist reply was we will see in six months if he cleans them properly

Very helpful and approachable, we had problems with our booking but the Receptionists sorted things out very efficiently.

No criticism; it was busy, but all staff did their best.

Friendly kind helpful

One of the receptionists is always friendly, tge others less so. Unfortunately, when sent to waiting area upstairs, 4 of us waiting only 3 seats, so congested. Hygienist is excellent, treats me as an adult and not as a kid like some others have previously. Gives good practical advice

Really lovely, friendly staff. My daughter hoped to get a sticker which she did. Really clean and tidy. Nice and warm. Only downside was there is quite a small waiting room so taking baby in a pushchair was difficult but doable.

Extremely friendly, explained everything about my treatment plan, putting me at ease 🙂

The dentist was rather rude and impatient with my son who was scared.
