I booked and paid in advance for a private examination however was given a very brief examination which I later found out to be an NHS examination. I was given a refund for the balance however was disappointed with the service.

I had to have a filling removed and replaced, Andre was very good at putting me at ease because i didn't have an injection, it was over before i knew it!!

Very friendly practice and appointments are generally on time never have to wait for too long to be seen.

My Iranian hygenist (I didn't catch her name) took her time and carefully cleaned each tooth. She explained how I could improve my brushing technique and how to address gum issues. My teeth felt immediately zingy after her work.

I get extremely anxious at the dentists (it’s pretty common) and I thought the dentist said £28 to pay. When I got to the reception and they asked for £280 I was shocked and confused. The receptionist was rude and unhelpful, making me feel really stupid when my anxiety makes it difficult enough to manage the visit. Really disappointing and upsetting.

I was not very happy for my 2 appointments last month as the dentist that look after me ,was not really friendly,and not really careful and not sensible enough .While checking my teeth there are some powdery stuff that goes down my throat and he didn't even ask me to gargle until i requested for it ..He kept on explaining between private patient and nhs patient,so i felt that if I'm NHS patient i wont be look after well,. My second time was he put some filling for my tooth and it was so painful the next day the filling came off,it was really disappointing. Anyway i spoke to one of the receptionist and i just mention that i don't like the dentist,so i was transfer to the new dentist to my next appointment which is yesterday a very pleasant doctor who look after my teeth very well ,she explained well what will going to happened ,and her hand was so light when checking upon my teeth ,no pain and she accomodate and treat the patient with dignity..

I didn’t feel that the customer service was particularly great here. Whilst staff (reception and dentists) weren’t necessarily rude, they didn’t come across as friendly or approachable either which isn’t great considering how many people feel nervous already about having to go. In my experience the dentist seemed to be pushing various treatments and extras without much consideration/empathy of the cost. So the treatment I had itself was fine but the overall experience wasn’t particularly enjoyable.
