All great!!

I felt so genuinely cared for and felt as if I was in safe, caring hands. I was given a diagnosis very quickly and a plan of action straight away! I feel like my health was top priority and felt completely at ease knowing I had a doctor with great experience and a genuine regard for my health

Clean modern day hospital with easy access and great parking.

I had a very pleasant experience at West Valley. I felt very confident that my issues were being dealt with in an efficient and speedy manner. All staff were helpful and explained everything fully.

The staff were very friendly and answered all my questions. The facility is clean and bright, which made my stay pleasant. I’d definitely recommend this hospital in the future.

The care of the Nursing staff from the initial induction, throughout my procedure was excellent. The only issue I had was that once home, I did not receive a call until 8 days later... Given I was on my own at home, I found this experience disappointing. but I now realise I could have called the hospital, which maybe I should have done, to elleviate my worries. everything else was good.
