The Cleveland Clinic is the cleanest hospital I have ever set foot in. The facilities were great and the staff very attentive. Charmaine in particular was fantastic. Coming out of surgery is scary and she was on the ball the whole time, giving me advice and reassurance when needed. The only thing I would say that needs improvement is the handovers between staff, sometimes I had to mention I had already had a blood test etc which was not an issue but something to think about for the future.

Cleveland clinic was a great facility to have the surgery done in. The rooms are fitted out well, great facilities, food and nice pictures to stop you going crazy for a long visit. Stayed during hot weather and the room was the perfect temperature.

Everything from arrival to pre op and post op care was utterly profesional .

The Cleveland Clinic on Portland Road was absolutely immaculate. The staff couldn’t have been nicer, right from the man who saw me into the building all the way to the receptionists, who did everything I’d asked of them without question. This is really appreciated from someone who get nervous of entering any kind of medical building. Thank you!

Excellent clean hospital with caring attentive staff.Nothing was too much trouble. We’ll coordinate althoght the My Chart app was very clunky and awkward to use especially for appointments.One of mine was double booked.Overall a 5 star Hospital

I had absolutely fantastic care at The Cleveland. My surgeon, Mr Charles Imber did a fantastic job when I needed to have my gallbladder removed. He was kind and considerate, incredibly skilled and made the whole process as easy as possible. The Cleveland is a brilliant hospital. Thank you
