The Cleveland Clinic is an extraordinary hospital in every way. As an in patient the quality of care was outstanding.from the minute one arrives to check in before one’s operation, everything runs super smoothly and is seamless. Every member of staff I met, from the nurses in both the ICU and the 5th floor, the physios, the dieticians, the scanning staff, the anaesthetist, the surgical team etc were all so incredibly polite, thoughtful and focussed on giving me, the patient, top quality care. The nurses and the healthcare assistants were in nearly every case absolutely brilliant, so caring, kind and responsive. I could not fault the nursing. I was so impressed by their conscientiousness, their focus and ability, However, the one area I would recommend improvement Is in the catering.

Reception and nurses were extremely helpful. Infrastructure is new and clean and modern.
