I felt the initial reception greeting to be a little colder than I anticipated but once through to they were lovely. Hospital was clean and covid conditions seemed well up to par.

Excellent quick punctual friendly reassuring

I received excellent care at the Three Shires Hospital from all of the staff.

Very good, no waiting, a private room and everything explained to me very well. The nurses were really friendly and looked after me well

No complaints

The parking area needs resurfacing as the state of the earth is rough, uneven and muddy. The entrance and outpatients areas are very clean and professional looking. Some tasteful wall decoration and pictures would make the place more inviting. The staff are pleasant, friendly and professional. I was not particularly impressed with the music that was playing and somewhat loudly!

Three Shires Hospital seems very efficient, clean and covid restrictions are meticulously adhered to. The medical staff were helpful and friendly.

The initial receptionist was quite curt and was neither welcoming or helpful. The rest of the team were excellent.

Again. First class. Quick, friendly and felt I was in good hands. As soon as I had my first consultation, I was relieved to know that the issues I’d been having were all treatable. And it has been perfect since then.
