Reception of patients poorly organised. Patients and staff using same door for entering and exiting No obvious pathway. Walk one way to enter vehicle registration, then back track past a patient at reception desk on your way to temperature check. Very narrow bottleneck between entrance and reception desk. Three Shires could learn a lot from Woodlands Kettering.

The receptionist going in was very professional however the one who spoke to me after was a little snappy. I was trying to make an appointment for the same sort of time in January. All the times offered were work days for me, so I asked if I could have another evening. She very sharply said that there weren't any on offer and she didn't know why. I made an appointment which isn't really suitable, so hope to address this in the New Year.
