All the staff and faclities were excellent.

Covid was dealt with efficiently but a shortage of staff stopped usual administration duties

I was a day case. The hospital is well organised and the staff friendly and helpful. Follow-up experience has been good. Wish they had been able to find a TV control that worked though! Still, I caught up on my book!

Excellent healthcare, only delayed due to the COVID crisis.

There was a slight delay in ensuring that I had the correct surgeon for my procedure, but once that sorted the process was straightforward from going into hospital to discharge on day of surgery.

I found the reception staff to be welcoming. The hospital appeared to be very clean and well managed and my wait time was short.

Thornbury really seems to have upped their game since I first needed to visit some years ago. Customer care and efficiency has vastly improved. Nurses particularly are leagues ahead of past experiences
