Thank you to all the staff at the Sloane, great team, and keep up the great work.

The nursing staff were not the best. A bit scatty / disorganised, and when I reported feeling very drowsy and unwell after my op, they never returned to check on me for a long time. They also failed to tell me what to eat (and what not to eat) in terms of portion sizes etc., on discharge. Having never had a GA before, I went home and ate a large meal, as I was very hungry after the op. This resulted in sickness and nausea, which delayed my recovery for several days. Perhaps a leaflet could have been provided in my after care pack?

It was clean, staff were friendly and it was local. Overall it was a good experience.

Apart from the ultrasound machine not working properly and now 11 days on before I can get it done somewhere else it means I am non the wiser on what treatment is needed for my ankle. The Sloane hospital was very sympathetic towards me. I would say I’m not sure about the coffee machines on sight they let you down including the taste.

As usual all went super smoothly.
