The hospital is welcoming and always has a calm and friendly atmosphere. I have attended for Out Patient appointments, X-ray, Physiotherapy and an In-Patient operation, and Staff have been kind, considerate and helpful. It is always clean and at my recent appointment, in July, I was very impressed with the extra measures taken for Coronavirus protection. I have never, at any time, been aware of any difference in attitude or treatment as an NHS patient.

It has been some 30 years since I last had reason to use the facilities of the Sloane at Beckenham and it still is a excellent place to have treatments.
