First time at Sloane very good from start to finish couldn’t fault anything

The overall experience was good but the registration process and waiting time could be improved.

I have been to the Sloane for many various appointments and also for 2 surgeries and I would say that my experience has always been overwhelmingly positive. When I have been in for appointments everyone from the reception team to nurses to doctors have been amazing. When I have been admitted for surgery (and feeling my most vulnerable) everyone has been very caring and patient. I can't fault it.

I had a knee replacement done by Mr Walczac and his team on 20 th October at the Sloane . Although it’s a big operation , it’s been easier because the staff have all been very thorough , the surgeon and also including the nurses , theatre staff and administrative staff .
