Fantastic experience - all staff were welcoming, professional and friendly. My consultant was particularly understanding and helpful.

In these covid times I was greeted at the side entrance given a new mask To wear , checked into the hospital , and taken to my seat .. everything went smoothly. A good experience..

All staff were pleasant, helpful and friendly. The facility is clean tidy and well organised. It runs like clockwork. Waiting times were minimal. Highly recommended!

Very well run, but under current strict COVID restrictions there was a feeling of 'do this, do that ... . I realise it is all necessary, but for older and more nervous patients this could be frightening.

I was hugely disappointed that I was sent home just 48 hours after receiving a big open surgery operation and that even though my husband told reception he was waiting for me to be brought down, he was left waiting until I then had to search for the duty nurse. Then I was told I had to make my own way down 2 flights of stairs just 48 hours after surgery, high on strong painkillers because the lifts were broken!!. And when I called 2 days later concerned about really strong pains and bleeding, I was told to call NHS 111 !! I thought it was supposed to be a private, helpful, friendly hospital… Obviously the insurance company will hear about my experience and I won’t be recommending Princess Margarita hospital to anyone else!
