I found all personnel so very helpful, I was looked after with due care and attention and I was always kept fully informed. My surgery day was exceptionally busy but I was kept up to date with a possible delay. I was assured that if any problems became apparent I must contact the hospital immediately. I also received a phone call the day after returning home to enquire if any problems had emerged, and again told that I must contact the hospital with any problems, which didn't occur in my own case.

Excellent hospital - fully supported by my consultant. Parking space shortage could be resolved by a steel frame two story car park - cost £8-£10K per space - funded by overnight parking rental for locals and electric car charging. Revenue could be also used to control rogue parking - so that patient parking remains free.

The Princess Margaret is a fine hospital but is undergoing some much needed renovations and redecoration. I probably saw it at its worst but having visited the hospital in the past I know that when the work is complete it will once again provide a very pleasant environment.
